AFTER-SALE SERVICES
An AGS process has been put in place to best guide our customers during the visit of our technicians on site to carry out the interventions:

  • The customer sends us his request, to which we respond by the intervention of a technician specialized in the field concerned.
  • Each technician has control elements to respect during his intervention.
  • The technician only intervenes on the item that is the subject of the request, except in an emergency.
  • If the site has a sign-in book, we ask our customers to have the technician sign it systematically.
  • Our customers validate by means of an electronic signature the good realization of their work
